At around 6:30, a fire believed to have started from an exploded gas cylinder has engulfed property of unknown worth in Tena Estate. The fire has seen a number of buildings that house residential areas and businesses burnt down. Residents fleed for safety and watched from a safe distance as the fire eat down the property.
Firefighters have been on the scene trying to put down the fire. Due to the Jam, there has been a stubborn Jam on Nairobi’s outer-ring road, jogoo, and manyanja road. Fires are becoming an increasing concern, especially in Nairobi’s informal settlements.
