Police gun down two thugs in a gunfire showdown as they attempted to rob Ruaka Quickmart in Kiambu

Photos Of Police Exchanging Gunfire With Thugs In Robbery Attempt At Quickmart, has sparked reactions from the public to be very careful in the streets especially during this festive season. Police officers pulled over in Kiambu at Ruaka Quickmart whereby they has obtained information that some thugs had planned to rob the supermarket. The police officers identified the suspected members and urged them to surrender.
The thugs refused to surrender and started firing bullets from their ceska pistols towards the police officers. The police officers however did not stand back and started firing back at the thugs, killing two on the spot. The third suspect however escaped on a motorbike he packed nearby. The Crime Research and Intelligence Bureau claimed that the thugs were part of another large gang of thugs that have targeted to rob supermarkets across Nairobi and Kiambu.
Similar robbery incidents.
Another similar incident happened not less than two months ago, whereby police officers from Mwiku and Kimbo police stations, gunned down 3 thugs. The police officers were patrolling when they noticed the thugs conducting suspicious activity on their Toyota probox KBZ 113S on the murram Road linking Mwiki road and Githurai 45 Road.
The police officers stated that they urged the vehicle to pull over for a security check, but the thugs sped off prompting a police chase. They started firing at the police officers, of whom didn’t back off managing to seize the thugs.
