TSC Reorganizing Heads In Schools To Achieve Gender Equality
To achieve gender equality in mixed schools, tsc has said that it shall reorganize school Heads. Through it’s twitter handle, TSC said, “To promote gender mainstreaming and equity, TSC is reorganizing placement of heads and deputies in mixed schools to ensure that they are not of the same gender. This move is expected to foster a gender inclusive learning environment in public schools,”
TSC does this as a move to making the gender equality promoted by the 2010 constitution a reality. The 2010 constitution promotes gender equality through the affirmative action, inclusivity, equity, equality.
