Two Men found with guns during Church Fight

People are raising so much concern about personal safety after two men were found armed with guns during a church fight in Lavington. Chaos began after the church could not agree on who was going to be the ultimate leader between two influential opponents who were vying for the seat.

The DCI Director revealed that 36-year-old Peter Murasi and 43-year-old Kisito Matete were amidst the melee from the opposing sides who’d folded fists against each other. The church turned into a mess after the congregation ganged up against each other during these political chaos.

It all started with the two groups exchanging bitter words and insults and ended up in a fight. One of the incoming Bishops, Joseph Kanyamu led a group of 60 and gained forceful entry into the church by breaking the church’s glass doors.

The church guard took a step and contacted the police department which sent a team over a few minutes later. The police neutralized the situation even after the two opposing factions kept fighting. The police finally calmed everyone down and managed to arrest Matete and Murasi who were found with two 9mm Glocks with 29 bullets in total.

The two were disarmed, arrested and taken to the Kilimani Police station to be held accountable for the occasion. Meanwhile, the Police are keeping Lavington church under surveillance until all the temperatures concerning the elections cool down.
